To punch you make a fist, as strong as you can. Keep your thumb to the side as there is a risk of breaking it if you punch someone with it in any other place. Keep your fist flat at the front, no fingers sticking higher than the other for a good solid punch with no broken fingers. If you are angry it helps deliver a strong blow. You got that? Good. There are three types of punches, high punches, body punches and leg punches. For a high punch you aim for the head, hitting someone in the temple hard enough will give someone brain damage, hitting them behind the ear will knock them out. Also you may aim for the throat, it's a soft spot for either disarming, killing or knocking someone out. I wouldn't use that if someone is watching or you don't want to kill someone. Body punches are used for either distraction or to knock the breath out of someone, or to break a rib, it's good if they are expecting you to aim for the head, you supprise them with a punch to the ribs. Low punches are aimed for the waist downwards, they are hard to deliver and are not very effective, but it's good to supprise someone. To punch you can either swing your fist round which is stronger, or snap your arm out for a weak but fast blow. You got that Kallista?
that is for a fair fight Dragona, assuming Kallista is smaller then the attacker, then she'll need to use street fighting. Street fighting is the art of kicking low, then running away. Aim for the soft points, eyes, throat, shins, groin. and slapping hurts more then a untrained person's punch. if you do punch then aim for the nose, and try to hit hard so that there nose bleeds, while there taking care of there nose, run like hell. If you fall down, you're pretty much dead
Kicking is good for clearing space. You can use it for other purposes but they take too long to carry out compared to punches. They are powerful but you need to be fully trained to make quick kicks. First of all there is the straight leg kick, stand sidwards, take a step forward and keep your leg straight as you drive it forward. Also, you may swing it upwards to aim for the throat or inbetween people's legs. If you sweep the kick along the floor it is used to knock people to the floor by knocking their legs out from under them. If you aim for the head it is hard to do but effective. Body kicks are the easiest to do and are the 2nd most effective. Jump spin kicks are very hard, but good to do if you are surrounded and need some space as well as delivering an effective blow. Jump kicks are easier but take a long time to master without falling on your arse :P spin kicks are equally as difficult and the two-legged kick is extremely hard to do without falling over. To spin kick, stand sidewards and spin once, moving forward and kicking after you've done. It is hard to master but very effective as you get the power from both the spin and the kick. To jump kick, stand sidewards, jump and snap your leg out. To jump spin kick, mix them all together
YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE FANCY! spinning, jumping... all very bad! make it so they can't chase you, then run away!
